PCW(process cooling water)
Process cooling water is also called process circulating cooling water system or process cooling water system.

System principle: The PCW system consists of two relatively independent systems: chilled water (primary side, provided by the refrigeration unit) and cooling water (secondary side, used for cooling water for production line equipment/machine). Through a precise control system, Chilled water and cooling water exchange heat, and finally the cooling water is cooled to the required temperature and transported to the production line for equipment cooling.

Pressure control: The water supply pressure of the cooling water main pipe is maintained between 0.6±0.05MPa.

Temperature control: The cooling water supply temperature is maintained between 18±0.5℃.

PH value and conductivity control (dosing system): ≤200μs/cm.

Water tank level control: The water tank level needs to be set to normal water level, high water level, low water level, ultra-low water level, and forced pump stop level. High water level, ultra-low water level and forced shutdown of water pumps require alarms.

Pressure drop monitoring of precision filters (multi-bag type): alarm when the pressure difference exceeds the set value, manually switch to the backup filter, and clean the filter whose pressure drop exceeds the set value.

System piping instructions: To ensure the cleanliness of the cooling water system, the PCW system pipes are connected by SS304 stainless steel pipes. All valves, pipe fittings, etc. required for the system are made of stainless steel or stainless steel for flow-passing parts, and the material is the same as the pipe material.
