TECHNICAL FEATURE:

1. The plates are pressed and formed in one go on a 40000 ton large specialized press, with overall material falling and extremely high forming accuracy.

2. Adopting double-sided lamination pressing to avoid the formation of martensite during the plate pressing process, and the passivation film on the surface of the plate is fully protected.

3. Laser marking can trace the plate to the steel grade and furnace batch number.

4. The unique design of the junction between the diversion zone and the ripple makes the distribution of the medium flow field more reasonable,without flow dead angles or heat transfer dead zones, achieving the highest heat transfer efficiency.

5. Adopting a unique adhesive free snap buckle gasket, it has better sealing performance and makes maintenance more convenient and efficient, with lower maintenance costs.

6. The unique positioning and reinforcement structure makes the plate assembly more precise,with multiple disassembly and assembly without deformation.
