TECHNICAL FEATURE

1. The plates are pressed and formed at one time on a 50,000-ton large-scale special press, with overall blanking and extremely high forming accuracy;

2. Double-sided coating is used for pressing to avoid the generation of martensite during the plate pressing process, and the passivation film on the surface of the plate is completely protected;

3. Laser marking, the plate can be traced back to the steel number and furnace batch number;

4. The unique design of the joint between the flow guide area and the corrugation makes the distribution of the medium flow field more reasonable, with no flow dead corners and no heat exchange dead zones, so that the heat transfer efficiency reaches the highest level;

5. Adopt a unique adhesive-free snap-type gasket, which has better sealing performance, makes maintenance more convenient and faster, and lowers maintenance costs;

6. The unique positioning and reinforcing structure makes the plate assembly more accurate and does not deform after repeated disassembly and assembly.
